Recently thought I had done a head gasket in my E 39. Took it to my regular mechanic who “ diagnosed “ a blown head gasket but did not want to repair it.
When I took my car to Mark he listened to my description of the problem and the history of the car. Luckily Mark was smart enough to doubt it was a head gasket and started his own diagnostic tests. After he got to the bottom of three separate faults! that occurred simultaneously, the car was running perfect with no head gasket problem! The accurate diagnosis of these issues saved me over 2.5k in unnecessary repairs. I will now only take my pride and joy to BM performance.

I also had problems trying to connect my Bluetooth connection.. Mark plugged his diagnostic tool and got it going for me and didn’t even charge me.

Had some serious problems with my e70 x5, had to have it towed in to the shop. The customer service and communication throughout the whole fault finding and repair process was the best I’ve ever had, constant updates on what was happening, and happy to answer all my queries. They did an amazing job on the car, it now runs better than ever! You could eat your dinner off the floor of the shop, very clean and professional, very fairly priced as well. Highly recommended.
