Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: 5–10 business days
• Regional areas: 10–15 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $45.00 AUD on all orders Australia-wide, regardless of size or weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and work towards a resolution.
